Why should I tolerate such unfairness? And why shouldn’t I seek justice?”

“What if Mr. Smith had suffered severe injuries, demanding accountability without leniency? Would I then be expected to apologize, compensate, or even face legal repercussions? It was merely a slap, and I already spared her much.”
