Rebecca woke up to her housekeeper’s announcement, “Mr. Francis is already here.”

He stood up and headed out, signaling Sherilyn to follow.

“Why would you think that?” Sherilyn whispered back, glancing at Francis’ retreating figure.

Sherilyn almost laughed, “No way, Francis is just like that, a man of few words.”
