genuinely surprised, having never worried about such an issue before. He reassured everyone, I’ve already secured a lawyer. Don’t worry about it. Meeting adjourned.
As Lemira lingered, Orion approached, Were you worried about that?
Yes, she admitted. Asher always plays dirty. It wouldn’t surprise me if he resorted to such tactics.
Thaddeus chimed in, a smile in his voice, Lemon, no need to fret. We’ll win this case.
Orion shifted the conversation, Have they decided who will take the fall for this?
Recalling her bold declaration from the day before, Lemira was about to respond when her phone rang.
