“That’s not gonna work. I tried that before. Now She’s a well-known gaming streamer, making good money. Heard she got a signing bonus of millions. Not to mention, Lemira aced her exams. She might not even need us anymore.” Alaric was feeling pretty regretful by now.
Asher was at a loss for words, not expecting Lemira to have changed so much.

“Lucian, as long as we make amends sincerely, Lemira will forgive us. We’re family, after all.”
Alaric still believed, despite
