Claude didn’t inform Yerick about the current CEO of Lane Group was simply an imposter. It seemed that he had underestimated Jeremiah. Claude responded, “Let’s pause for now.” “Alright.”
Meanwhile, Xavier received a call from the bodyguard in Tirion. He not only found out that Zachary had gone to the club but had also

It was baffling to think what a kid could be up to in a club. Furthermore, he had even spent money there.
After Xavier hung up the phone, he heard footsteps and a man’s voice outside the door. He frowned, making his way out of the bedroom. Claude and Yvette had just returned from the supermarket. As the cold wind blew in from outside, Xavier inquired in a composed tone, “Yvette, is there a visitor?”
Before Yvette could answer, Claude smiled and replied, “Mr. Lane, it’s me, Claude.”

Xavier’s expression changed slightly.
Yvette stepped forward. “I’ll go cook. You guys can chat.” After she had clarified things with Claude, she didn’t sense any tension between the
two men.
“I’ll help you,” said two men simultaneously.
Yvette had already reached the kitchen door and was about to turn them away when she heard Claude say, “Mr. Lane can’t see, so let me help you, Yvvy.” Xavier was even more upset.

Alone in the living room, Xavier listened to the two of them talking and laughing, feeling unease.
