Mila was taken aback by her revelation and asked empathetically, “Why? You’ve just gotten married. Why do you want a divorce already?” Imogen pressed her lips bitterly, weighing her thoughts.
Feeling Mila was a trustworthy confidante, she confessed, “My dad is disabled, and my mom is a housekeeper. We’re not even middle-class. “He’s from a prestigious background, with affluent parents in high positions. He’s also a CEO of a corporation. We’re just not a match.”
