The manager was still a bit worried. “Is he really okay now?”

Josiah was extremely fast. He dragged him toward the window to throw him out again.
The drunkard turned pale with fright, gripping the window without letting go, “Help!”
Josiah gritted his teeth, looking down at him. “I f*cking dare you to say that again.”

“Josiah!” Lysander hit him angrily. “Are you going to keep this up?”
The veins on Josiah’s neck bulged out. “You’re defending him after what he did to you?”

Josiah stared at her deeply for a while, sighed dejectedly, and heavily tossed the drunkard aside. He then took off his glasses and wiped his face.
His hands were completely covered in blood, and his face was also smeared with blotchy bloodstains.
“Josiah, your hand!” Lysanne exclaimed in shock. “Why is there so much blood? No, we have to hurry to the hospital!”
Josiah roared, “Don’t you understand when I tell you to get out?”
At last, Lysanne couldn’t hold it in any longer and burst into tears. “Is everything I do now wrong just becauft I’ve made mistakes before?”

Josiah held Lysander and turned to walk out of the private room.
Outside the private room was a winding corridor. Having just stepped out from the brilliantly lit room, Lysander struggled to see clearly and inadvertently kicked the white marble railing. She let out a soft cry of pain.
Hearing that, Josiah immediately crouched down and lifted her.
“What are you doing, Josiah?”
Josiah remained silent and quickly carried her out of the private restaurant, heading straight for the parking lot.
He stuffed Lysander into the back seat of his black Rolls–Royce Cullinan before entering himself.
A strong smell of alcohol instantly hit her, and before she could react, she tasted its fiery flavor on her tongue. As she breathed, she detected a blend of tobacco and cologne on him.
