I opened my eyes, meeting Sarah’s eyes next
to the hot tub.
When she was a bodyguard, she was with Tony all the time. I had had my suspicions. But when I thought about how she was my decoy, protecting me, the guilt pushed those
doubts away.

I looked at her, confused by her innocent act.
What did her being hurt have to do with me?
The next second, Sarah exposed a red mark
on her collarbone.
“Mrs. Moretti, if you still feel bad, you can
always drug me like you used to, if you want.

Before I could say anything, Sarah had

As she stroked the marks on her body, her
eyes filled with happiness.
I pushed her away, but she immediately fell in
the hot tub.
“Mrs. Moretti, what did I do wrong? Why did
you push me?”
My heart tightened, and when I looked back, I
met Tony’s angry eyes.
He got out of the hot tub and took Sarah into
his arms.
He walked up to me in anger.
“Jenny, what are you doing?”
Before I could say anything, Sarah leaned
against Tony, and acted all innocent.
“Mrs. Moretti might just be upset, so she
suddenly got mad at me, it’s all my fault, I
shouldn’t have bothered her.”
I looked at Tony, and lost the desire to
explain.
After putting on my robe, I was heading back
to my room.
Tony grabbed me. “Jenny, are you… mad?”

He completely let go of Sarah, and pulled me
to him. “I, I was being mean just now, but it’s because I was worried about you. After all, it’s not easy to find a shield like Sarah, so you won’t be in danger.”
I looked up at Tony. “I don’t think she’s good enough! Get somebody else.”
