Return of the Forsaken

Chapter 16
The vibe in the room shifted hard as Regina charged at Melinda and slammed Tina against the table.
Regina said to Melinda, “You sent her to be against me, didn’t you?”
Melinda looked at her pitifully, seemingly at a loss, “What are you talking about?“
Trop the act” Regina picked up the tattered pen hag dripping with water, her eyes murderous. “Tina has already admitted it. You ordered them to throw my books into the water and break my things.”
Pinned against the table, Tina cried, saying in a broken voice, “Melinda, I’m sorry. She hit me so hard! I couldn’t stand it, so I told the truth.
The helplessness in Melinda’s eyes vanished at once as she looked at Tina coldly, thinking. You useless loser:
Then she turned to Regina, looking harmless and innocent. “Regina, I seriously don’t know what’s going on. Did you hit my friend so bad she just said whatever you wanted!”
Regina sneered. “So, you’re denying it?”

She shoved Tina aside like a ragdoll. “Cuess I’ll have to beat the truth out of you then.

Melinda’s expression changed drastically, and she stood up hurriedly to dodge.
Regina raised her fist and threw her punch.
Someone else’s hand suddenly appeared and stopped her in the air, blocking her attack.
She wasn’t surprised. Looking along the hand, she met Brad’s angry eye
He stood across the table, veins popping in his forehead, growling through gritted teeth, “You’re not touching Melinda while I’m here.”
Regina raised an eyebrow, unfazed “Cool, I just take you out first,
Shic reared back to kick him.
Brad quickly walked aside while protecting Melinda in his arms. “Be careful!”
All the studems automatically moved out of the way, leaving a circle for Brad and Regina.
I
The lung–haired man rushed in from behind. Is it true that the level–ten is in a fight?
One of the students nodded. “Yes, but I think she’s losing. After all, she doesn’t have a combat cyberware, but Brad has already modded.
“Though his implant is turned off now that he’s on campus, her regular body is no match for his modded one.
Hearing this, everyone looked at Regina, who was in the middle.

She took off her uniform jacket, revealing the ironed, straight, short–sleeved shirt underneath.
She hooked her fingers under her dark blur the yanked it off, and wound it tight around her hand like a makeshift wrap,
Looking at that, Preston couldn’t help but swallow.
Meanwhile, Roy’s gaze instinctively fell on the collar of her slightly unbuttoned sturt, and he averted his gaze
Brad anered. “Tim not bolding back”
She smiled, rushed toward him in the blink of an eye, and was abu to kick him in the face.
He dodged nimbly, and they instantly fought
Each punch of both was merciless, down with great strengli
The onlookers exclaimed non–stop. One of them said, “Brad’s upper body strength is nuts—those modded arms! Every time he swings. I swear he’s going to Blauen her!”
“But she’s slippery as hell, another shot back. “He hasn’t landed a single hu. Her moves are all over the place–uo pattern“”

Chupter in
Recina jumped up from the height, about to kick Brad in the head.
-crossed his hands over his head to protect it.
She suddenly landed with a backflip and then swept her leg, intending to trip him.
He was caught off guard and was about to jump into t
the air when she beat him to it and kicked his forehead.
He crashed to the floor; his mind went blank.
The crowd exclaimed. “What the heck?
Recina didn’t waste a second–she snatched Brad by the hair and slammed his head into the floor.
A shadow suddenly flashed beside her, and she moved aside in time.
In the next second, Clive came at her, about to kick her.
Meanwhile, Brad got up and came at her, too.
Preston’s jaw dropped. “Hey! Canging up on her? That’s low, man.. That’s-
Mid–sentence, Regina grabbed Clive’s leg, twisted his momentum, and sent him flying–straight into Brad.
They crashed to the ground in a loud heap.
She planted her foot on Clive’s face, grinding her shoe in hard.
Clive winced, humiliated, his pride in tatters.
It was obvious who’d won.
Preston trailed off, stunned. “So despicable of y
you.”
Everyone’s eyes were almost popping out as they gawked at Regina, thinking, She’s horrifying!
