Seeing Kieran had arrived, Luna said, “Mr. Sutton, Reya’s here for school, and you keep showing up. What’s this about? Are you trying to play guardian angel or something?”
Freya looked at Kieran with furrows and said unhappily, “Mr. Sutton, you following me around like this isn’t appropriate, right? Don’t you have anything better to do? Hanging around me, don’t you realize how much trouble you’re causing for others?”
Hearing these familiar lines made Kieran’s face even more unsightly. Freya still remembered clearly

Thinking back to how she used to bend over backward for him, Freya couldn’t help but laugh. Who would have thought the tables between her and Kieran had turned only a few days into her fresh start?
“Freya, you know why I’m here looking for you!” Kieran was still making excuses.
Feigning confusion, Freya asked, “How would I know why you’re here looking for me? Making such a big deal, people have classes to attend, Mr. Sutton. Just because you’re an investor in this school doesn’t mean you can throw your weight around, right?”
“Yeah, I’ve seen many people around school already quite upset. They’re complaining about not being able to attend classes properly! Luna interrupted from the side, perfectly setting the atmosphere.
Barely holding back his anger, Kieran said, “I asked you to make breakfast for me this morning. Where were you?”
“Mr. Sutton, we have a maid at home, and you’re not paying me a salary, so why should I make breakfast for you?” Freya replied calmly, “Besides, I’m a student. I need to attend school. You do realize it, Mr. Sutton, don’t you? And yet you still ask where I was.”

“Booking a motel room?” Luna glanced at Freya. “Wow, talk about setting an example!‘
Freya frowned and said, “Mr. Sutton, you should speak with evidence. Who told you I booked a motel room with Preston?”
Kieran asked again, “The Echo City Hotel has a record of you and Preston checking in. Are you saying you didn’t go?”
“My ID was lost a few days ago, Mr. Sutton. You could check that. So, you came here all worked up over hearsay? Did you investigate? Or catch us in the act?” Freya’s tone was all dissatisfaction toward Kieran,
“L.. L. Kieran was momentarily speechless. Although he hadn’t investigated thoroughly or caught them red–handed, Kara had claimed she saw with her eyes, and the Echo City Hotel indeed had a record of two people checking in, which was hard not to be suspicious of Freya snorted, “It looks like you don’t have any proof, Mr. Sutton. So, please step aside. We have classes to attend.”
Seeing Freya about to slip away, Kieran instinctively grabbed her arm.
Seeing Kieran’s hand gripping her arm, Freya frowned and said, “Mr. Sutton, please mind the setting. I haven’t signed any indenture with the Sutton family.”
With that, Freya led Luna away, leaving Kieran behind.
