There was so much of it that it overwhelmed him, leaving him dizzy.
No matter how much he read, he could feel how happy Rosalie was now.
He tried hard to find his own name among the many conversations, but not once was it mentioned. She hadn’t brought him up, not even once.
He had completely vanished from her world, not even worthy of being mentioned anymore.
Aurora stood nearby, watching the growing despair on Theodore’s face. Her heart ached.
He still couldn’t let go of his ex-wife. At first, she thought he was just having a hard time moving on, but she hadn’t realized how deeply obsessed he
was.
He even wanted to see the chat history between his ex-wife and another man. It seemed like no other woman would ever be able to enter his heart. Aurora truly wanted to meet this ex-wife of his, to see what kind of woman could make a man like Theodore fall so deeply in love with her.
Though she had only seen Rosalie in
photos, she longed to meet her in person to understand what kind of woman Rosalie was. She even wanted to compare herself to Rosalie.
Aurora knew this wasn’t right, but she couldn’t control herself. If emotions were that easy to control, there wouldn’t be so much sorrow in this world. Theodore’s hand dropped, and the phone dangled precariously from his fingers.
Yerick quickly grabbed his phone back. You’ve seen enough now. Are you satisfied? Theodore seemed to be swaying, as though he couldn’t stand steadily anymore.
Aurora rushed to support him. Are you alright? Do you feel unwell?
Theodore shook her off. I’m fine.
