Rosalie squeezed her eyes shut, pretending she hadn’t heard a thing. Yet, every single word Sebastian uttered reached her ears with piercing clarity.
Everything he said was true, but at this moment, each word felt like a blade slicing through her heart.
He had killed Justin, the love of her life. He had stripped her of her happiness and raped her.
She hated him to the core. No matter how well he had treated her in the past, it could never erase her hatred.

Sebastian couldn’t comprehend it. No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn’t.

Rosalie said nothing. She clenched her teeth tightly, not wanting to argue with him.
