Lewis said unhappily, his towering figure standing
between the two women. His eyes were cold when he asked, “Miss Olsen, is this certificate real?”
“Of course.”
Lewis’s face darkened. “Are you going to say we don’t need to go to the Civil Affairs Bureau now?”
