If your grandma sees you two fighting, how will she feel?
Theodore paused, considering her words. But I can’t just keep this from Rose. It’s important; she deserves to know.
I’ll tell her, Sydney reassured him, but you shouldn’t see her. After you visit your grandma, you can leave, and Rose can come later. That way, there’s no chance for conflict, and your grandma won’t have to worry about what’s going on between you.
