Harriette’s POV
“STOP”
A new, male voice yelled as he pulled me away from Daisy. I growled as he was the only thing in my way from finally bashing her head in.
I twisted my fist hard and glared at him. He was a total stranger, someone I’d never met before.
“Back off,” Lordered.
He frowned. He took one look at Daisy on the
the floor and looked back at me.
“I’m afraid I can’t. You’ll kill her, you’ve done enough,” he spat.
I growled again. “Killing her was the plan. You have no right to defend her. Let her get up on her feet like the fucking werewolf that she is and fight me,”
I told him.
He smirked. “At this point, I’ll ask you to step back,”
I cocked my eyebrow. “Or else what?” I asked him.
That was when I noticed his uniform. It was the same as that of the pack warriors, but his was a little different.
“I’ll be forced to put you down.”
I shrugged my shoulder, challenging him. Back in our pack. Mother used to call me a daredevil. She said I loved getting in trouble even without thinking of what the outcome would be.
She was right! I didn’t care. All I wanted was the woman lying on her back on the floor. Not him! Not anyone else.
Rather than talk shit about Luna Angela behind her back, she should get up and fight for her life.
“Aren’t you Reina?” He asked, making me change my stance.
“And if I am?” I asked him.
He shook his head. Gently, he held me by the arm and pulled me further away from Daisy
“Alpha Darius wants you in his office,”
He mentioned. I jerked away from him, as he was forced to release my hand.
“When I’m done with her, I’ll go see him,”
I told him
I didn’t wait for my words to sink in properly before I charged towards Daisy. She was already on her feet I managed to knock her down a second time. She tried fighting back this time since she wasn’t caught but I still had the upper hand.
I made sure to dig my nails into her chin so she could finally get the reason why she was being beaten up.

She was in total disbelief at what she just witnessed. Her mouth as slightly opened as if she was finding it hard to say something appropriate.

The other man grabbed my hand again and pulled me with him. This time I didn’t act stubborn. I followed him willingly as he led us to Alpha Darius office. I looked back one time to see Liga Angela and Ella following closely behind
As we walked into the office, the two of them entered as well. Luna Angela took a seat and let out a deep breath.
“Thanks, Azalea, Alpha Darius mentioned.
1 frowned and turned to the man who had brought me here. He was the Azalea Liam mentioned this mortey, Brianna’s father and my grandmother’s baby mother.
“It’s no trouble, Alpha,” he turned to me. “It’s good to see you again, Reina,”

“What happened out there, Harriette?” Alpha Darius snapped
I frowned. Was he mad? I didn’t do anything wrong. Maybe I took it a little far by attempting to kill her but that wasn’t all
me.
That was the anger in me that I had no control over.
“I thought she would fight back,”

“You just got here yesterday,” he said in disbelief.

“I guess I’m a magnet for trouble,”
“Goodness gracious,” Luna Angela mumbled.
“What happened between you two?”
I opened my mouth to give them a thorough detail about what had happened but had to stop myself. How was I supposed to tell Luna Angela all the terrible things Daisy said? How was I supposed to look her in the eye and recount everything?
“She called me stinky bitch and she called us a rogue. Ella tried to stop me but then, I didn’t listen,” I quickly said to prevent Ella from getting into trouble.
“That’s all Alpha Darius asked.

“Listen, Harriette, people are going to say annoying things every time, they’ll piss you off and you can’t go around beating everybody up because of what they say or said. You need to leam to ignore them and also have control over your anger.”

I didn’t really care about his advice or something. All I wanted to know was the outcome of the dark drama I pulled out
there.
“So, am I getting punished?” I asked.

Luna Angela snapped her gaze at Alpha Darius. He winked at her I didn’t miss that exchange because of how intense I was glaring at Alpha Darius,
“Fine. Whatever it is, I’ll do it.”

“Sure, let me think about what your punishment would be for a few days. Go home for now and stay out of trouble, alright?” He asked me.
1 cocked my eyebrow. Was he being lenient because of my relationship with them?
Suddenly, the door opened and an angry man walked in.

I smirked. He must be the Beta.
“Charles, we’re trying to sort out the problem here. Daisy provoked her,”
Alpha Darius answered, pointing at me.
“My sister would do no such thing,”
“Are you saying Harriette hit her unprovoked?”
Luna Angela asked.
“Yes! Whoever this lunatic is deserves to the punished for what she did to my sister,”
“Call my daughter a lunatic one more time, Beta Charles, and I tear your mouth from your head,”

“Get out, Charles,” Alpha Darius commanded. “The next time you barge into my office like that, we might have a problem,”
