I didn’t want to see Ethan, I loathed him and hated him. The only thing he could do now was bring everyone who had harmed me right to me.
Erhan got into his car and stared through the window at the private room I was in. After a long while, he finally started the engine and drove toward the hospital.
Three days quickly passed. I picked up my phone, checked the time, and called Lyla. She had told me before that she wanted to be there for any exciting events. I knew she was worried I might do something reckless, so to ease her mind, I had to make this call. Besides, this was going to be a good show. When the call connected, I said, “Let’s go, it’s showtime.”

I smiled slightly, hung up, and stepped out the door.
