On the other end of the phone, Lucian let out a long sigh.
“It’s not going to be that easy, you know. Lemon is genuinely hurt.”
He had tried to please Lemira during this period, but to no avail. Today, Lemira even left the dining room and hadn’t returned home or responded to any messages.
If it was in the past, he would have sent someone to find her, even threatening to call the police. After logging off her game and getting back to her room, ready for washing up and then bed, Lemira saw an unread message and thought it might be from Lucian.

“You’re Lemira? Pretty good-looking,” Dorian said nonchalantly.
Lemira looked up, her eyes clear and her features captivating.
Dorian smiled, satisfied, “I’m Dorian. I’d like to be your friend.” His words caused a stir among the girls nearby.
“Mr. Draven sure is direct. So cool!”
“I’ve heard he gets a new girlfriend every month, and the number of exes is anyone’s guess. Still, some fall for him.”
“Mr. Draven’s family is rich, and he’s generous. Most girls can’t resist.”
“Lemira’s family is wealthy, but not compared to the Orvin clan.”
The corner of Lemira’s lips twitched as she heard the comments.
Because in her past life, Dorian had said the same thing. But it was to Evelina. How ridiculous!
